As per distance selling regulations (2017).

Dispatch

Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Please note, we are not a distributor and lead times may vary according to our stock levels. If you are making a large order, (100+ spokes) please feel free to give us a call to check stock levels.

All trade customers will receive first class postage. If you require express delivery please contact us in advance, there will be an additional charge for this service.

Tracked delivery is via Royal Mail special delivery, please note this is a next working day service and orders placed /shipped on a Friday will arrive the following Monday.

Other orders will be dispatched by 2nd class post unless requested as urgent by the customer. Please contact in advance if you require first class delivery.

RETURNS:

Returns accepted for any reason within 14 days of dispatch.

We will refund or replace any faulty or incorrect items.

Under DRS (2017) guidelines custom made products are only eligible for return if they are faulty or not as described in the listing, this applies to custom cut spokes. However we will consider returns for custom cut spokes on a case by case basis, that said please double check your calculations before ordering.

We will not accept returns of items which have been used, modified or damaged by the customer.
